We've used this a few times on my daughter as she was learning to sit up on her own. Every once in a while she would flop over and hit her head on the carpet. In order to protect her head we purchased this backpack for her to wear while playing on the floor and it worked like a charm ! She fell over and her head was cushioned. She didn't cry or get upset at all when she flopped over ! I love the design of this too. It's really cute and looks adorable on. MOMMIES PLEASE BUY THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! My one year old is a climber and she won't stop. I put this on her because I feared she would one day hit her head the moment I look away for 1 second. I strapped this butterfly pack to her back and minutes after, she fell back off the top of a packing box and her head hit the floor. I rushed over to try to console her because I thought she was going to cry. She didn't. She nudged me out of the way so she could resume playing as I was in her way. I’m a Mommy of an 8 month old baby boy. He is so active, crawling everywhere and pulling hisself up onto things. I love this head protector backpack and he does too! It’s very light weight and he doesn’t seem to notice it at all. It provides that extra level of protection when he falls which is so reassuring for a parent. We had so many falls and he kept hitting his head. Other than our playroom, the rest of our house is tile and I want him to explore and discover without being worried sick he is going to fall and hurt his head.
